Hester Asphalt Sealcoating ("Hester Asphalt," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this website or submit our estimate or contact forms, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you submit our estimate request, we collect your full name, phone number, email address (optional), project address and city, the service you're asking about, your property type, your timeline, and any project details you choose to share. A contact-form message collects your full name, phone number, email address (optional), the topic, and your message.
We do not collect payment information through this website, and we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to follow up on your request.
How We Use Your Information
A submission is written to a private Google Sheet that only Hester Asphalt can access, and a notification email is sent so Sonny can follow up. We use what you submit solely to respond to your estimate request or question — never for a marketing list, and never sold or shared with anyone outside Hester Asphalt.
How Long We Keep It
We keep estimate and contact-form submissions for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, after which the record is deleted.
Cookies & Analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies by default. If we turn on analytics — Google Analytics 4 and/or Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the site and improve it — a banner asks for your permission first, and nothing loads until you accept:
- Google Analytics 4 sets cookies whose names begin with "_ga," only after you accept.
- Microsoft Clarity sets cookies whose names begin with "_clck"/"_clsk," only after you accept.
If you decline, or close the banner without choosing, neither loads and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept and later change your mind, declining clears those cookies right away and stops any further tracking.
Whatever you type into our estimate or contact forms — your name, phone, email, address, or message — is never sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, regardless of your cookie choice.

You can accept or decline analytics cookies from the banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear your browser's cookies and site data for this domain at any time to reset that choice.
Requesting Your Information Be Deleted
To ask what information we have on file, or to have it deleted sooner than the 24-month period above, call us at (937) 780-6987 or reach out through our contact form. We'll confirm your request and remove your record from our lead sheet.
Changes to This Policy
